Every year, Legal Services of the Hudson Valley’s Kingston location handles over a thousand cases every year alone, free of charge, for those who cannot afford an attorney when their basic needs are at stake.

This November, they held their 3rd Annual Partners in Justice Reception, where they honored our firm as a “Champion of Justice,” alongside The Bruderhof Communities and former Ulster County Executive Mike Hein.

Our firm was honored to receive this recognition because justice for all can only happen if everyone has the ability to obtain representation by an attorney regardless of financial status. Legal Services of the Hudson Valley provides skilled representation to those whose financial status could prevent them from obtaining access to our civil Courts, thereby providing an essential service to not only their clients but to the legal community as well.

In a press release, Legal Services said our firm was selected to receive this honor in recognition of “outstanding professional accomplishment, commendable service to our local communities, and philanthropy.”
