Medical Records Specialist Mikayla Oneto
Mikayla has been with the company since 2021. She handles requests for all medical records, assists with trial preparation, and scheduling Narratives/Life Care Plans. Previously, Mikayla worked for a Medical Review company which specialized in Independent Medical Exams (IMEs). Prior to working for an IME vendor, she worked in the sales and hospitality industries. Her diverse background in various areas of customer service gives her a unique way of managing and maintaining client relationships.
